Our Wellbeing Approach
Last updated: 28 July 2026
People visit The Ayur Chikitsa for many personal reasons, including relaxation, general wellbeing, an interest in traditional Ayurveda and practical conversations about food, daily routines, rest and self-care.
Our consultations provide time to explore your lifestyle and wellbeing priorities through a traditional Ayurvedic framework. Our massage and bodywork sessions use warm oils, rhythmic touch, herbal poultices and other traditional practices as relaxing wellbeing experiences.
We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Our services are complementary and are not substitutes for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a GP or another regulated healthcare professional.
Please seek appropriate medical advice for new, persistent, severe or unexplained symptoms.
