Refund & Gift Voucher Policy

1. Refund policy for completed services

• Consultations and therapies already provided are not refundable simply because the client changes their mind after receiving the service.
• If you are unhappy with any part of your treatment, please raise the matter during the appointment whenever possible. This allows the practitioner to respond immediately by adjusting matters such as:
  • Pressure;
  • Positioning;
  • Oil temperature;
  • Room temperature;
  • Draping;
  • Music;
  • Lighting; or
  • The treatment itself.
• Please raise concerns as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate them effectively. This request does not limit the time available to exercise any statutory consumer right.
• We will listen to your concerns, review what occurred and seek a fair resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
  • An explanation;
  • Corrective action;
  • Repeating an appropriate part of the service;
  • A credit towards another appointment;
  • A partial refund;
  • Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

2. Gift vouchers

• Gift vouchers may be purchased subject to availability.
• Unless otherwise stated:
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase;
  • The expiry date will be displayed on the voucher;
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • No cash change will be given;
  • A voucher may be used towards a higher-priced service, with the balance paid by the client;
  • Lost or stolen vouchers may only be replaced where proof of purchase and the unused voucher record can be verified;
  • Appointment cancellation terms apply to services booked using a voucher.
• An extension may be considered in exceptional circumstances, but it is not guaranteed.
